The short version
Your phone number signs you in and lets us reach you about your entries, votes, bonuses and prizes — nothing else. We never sell your data and never share it for marketing. Your public name, handle and creations are visible in the gallery by design; everything else stays private.
What we collect
Account: mobile number, display name and handle you choose. One-time codes are verified and never stored in readable form.
Creations: jewelry images you generate, their settings, names and stories you write for publication.
Activity: votes you cast, entries you publish, bonus ledger entries tied to your account.
Technical: basic device and security logs that keep bots and vote farms out.
Why we need your number
Authorization: a WhatsApp one-time code proves the account is yours — no passwords to leak.
Critical notifications only: entry status, prize and bonus updates, security alerts. No newsletters, no promos, no spam — ever.
Who else touches your data
Nobody for marketing — your data is never sold, rented or shared with advertisers.
Service processors only, strictly to run the service: WhatsApp delivery of login codes, AI image generation for your creations, and secure hosting. Each sees only what its job requires.
Your gallery entries (image, name, story, handle) are public by the nature of the contest; winners may additionally appear in press and ceremony materials.
Creations & rights
Contest designs and images become the property of OctaDiam FZCO so winners can be manufactured and editions sold — in return you earn a 10% creator bonus on referred orders. Full terms live in the Contest Rules.
Storage & retention
Data lives on secured servers with limited staff access. Login codes expire within minutes. Accounts and creations are kept for the contest lifecycle (through bonus usability, 1 June 2027) and then minimized or deleted.
Your rights
See, correct or delete your data at any time — write to info@octadiam.com or WhatsApp +971 55 557 1177 and we will act promptly. Deleting your account removes your profile, unpublished renders and votes; published gallery entries may remain as contest records with authorship detached on request.
