- Fake votes, bots and vote farms disqualify the entry.
- People's Choice goes to the most-voted piece overall.

Ownership & bonuses
- All contest designs — including user-generated ones — are the property of OctaDiam FZCO (Gold & Diamond Park, Dubai, UAE). This lets us manufacture winners and sell editions without legal limbo.
- In return: 10% creator bonus when someone orders via your link — usable for OctaDiam jewelry or cash pickup in our office. Promo until 1 January 2027; bonuses usable until 1 June 2027. No bonuses on own, cancelled or refunded orders.
- Any gallery design can be quoted instantly or ordered if already quoted — winners or not, every piece is shoppable.
- Winners drop as a numbered Edition of 55 with certificate; bonuses keep accruing on every numbered sale within the program window.
- All gallery images are the property of OctaDiam FZCO. The public gallery is open until 1 January 2027 — afterwards entries are no longer publicly available.
